Following the successful launch of the new website for the One Crown Office Row, the Chambers of Philip Havers QC – the leading London barristers' set specialising in clinical negligence and human rights issues, David Rose, Enstar's Marketing Director explained the thinking behind the site:

"These days it's very easy to create a good looking site, but the challenge is to keep the content fresh and interesting. The key to that is to make it easy for the site to be updated, without them having to submit changes to their web designer, and without any need for technical knowledge – HTML, FTP, etc

"To achieve this we built the site using the flexible neatComponents platform. This provides an enterprise-grade database structure in which all the page contents can be stored. The web pages are then generated on-the-fly.

"The beauty of this system is that as the Chamber's need evolve, the site can change too, without the cost and disruption of big-bang redesigns. Whilst many web designers seem to consider the launch of a web site as the end of their involvement, we consider it as just the first stage of a much longer partnership."

The website contains one of the largest archives of commentary on the effects of European Human Rights legislation, and is updated weekly. The site also contains 'audio-streamed' seminars, using Enstar's streaming video platform to provide seamless end-to-end media delivery.
