Scale of Fees
Many firms who provide consulting services do not publish their fee structure. We think that is unfair.
For general work our firm uses a 'billable hour': that is the amount of time in aggregate that the firm has spent on your task. It is made up of a mix of skill levels as needed to best provide the service you need.
Our nominal rate is USD $125.00 per billable hour with a minimum engagement of one week. A typical engagement is one month, or about $20,000
The rate for working direct with a Principal, Partner or similar starts at about two times the above rate: engagements are typically shorter and transition to our nominal rate as appropriate.
Our run-on rate is from $75 per billable hour.
All engagements are priced before work is begun, but you should be prepared for the unknown unknowns which can unexpectedly extend an engagement.
